AgentOS

The BusinessOS commercial architecture, adapted for Real Estate.

The same commercial architecture as BusinessOS, adapted for Real Estate Agencies.

Overview

AgentOS is Aspect's industry edition of BusinessOS, built for growing real estate agencies. It uses the same commercial architecture as BusinessOS - Snapshot, Blueprint, Core and Partner - with deliverables, processes and priorities adapted for real estate agencies. Available throughout Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

Ideal client

Boutique and mid-size real estate agencies in Australia or the UAE where the principal is still running the office day-to-day and the CRM, workflows and compliance coordination need to be genuinely operationalised.

Problems solved

Where founders tend to get stuck.

  • CRM and listings data that isn't used consistently across the team
  • Buyer and seller journeys that live in people's heads, not in the system
  • Compliance and paperwork coordination sitting with the principal
  • New agents onboarded to a system that isn't documented
  • No consistent operating rhythm across sales, admin and property management

Typical outcomes

What the engagement is designed to produce.

  • Consistent lead-to-listing-to-close workflows
  • CRM, listings and pipeline that actually get used
  • Documented buyer and seller journeys
  • Compliance coordination handled without the principal doing it
  • A repeatable operating rhythm across the agency

Tangible deliverables

What you receive.

Brokerage operational review

  • Improving CRM discipline across the team
  • Documenting listing-to-settlement workflows
  • Creating agent onboarding materials
  • Establishing pipeline and activity reporting
  • Clarifying commission administration
  • Introducing brokerage meeting rhythms
  • Reducing repeated founder approvals

Inclusions

What's included.

  • Snapshot, Blueprint, Core or Partner engagement adapted for agencies
  • CRM configuration and pipeline dashboards
  • Templates, checklists and SOPs used by the whole team
  • An operating cadence for principal, sales and admin

Exclusions

What's not included.

  • Acting as a licensed real estate agent or trust account operator
  • Sales calls, appraisals or listing presentations

Service limitations

How scope is managed.

  • Regulated activities remain with your licensed agents and specialists.
  • AgentOS provides operational capability rather than unlimited admin capacity.
  • Substantial projects are separately quoted.

Scope

Aspect engagements are delivered against agreed priorities, defined outcomes and a clear scope. The engagement does not provide for unlimited tasks, meetings or availability. New and recurring responsibilities may require an extension or package change, while substantial projects are separately scoped and quoted. Legal, tax, accounting, regulated, specialist technical and creative services remain with appropriately qualified providers.
