- You want an operating rhythm and structure, not a full-time hire.
Overview
Core is the ongoing package for businesses that want the BusinessOS operating structure built and improved on a monthly rhythm. Aspect works to agreed monthly priorities and provides consistent operational guidance, documentation and cadence.
Operating rhythm
How the first 90 days run.
- Every monthA working session to set priorities, review progress and clear whatever is stuck.
- Days 0–30Establish the operating cadence, agree who owns what, and stand up the first priorities.
- Days 30–60Document the core processes and put the numbers that matter in front of you.
- Days 60–90Embed the rhythm, prove it holds without you driving it, and lock in the early gains.
How Aspect works
A system, not a slide deck.
Monthly operating session
A standing rhythm to set priorities, review progress and clear what's blocked.
KPI reviews
The few numbers that show whether the business is genuinely improving, reviewed on cadence.
SOP & documentation library
The core processes written down, so quality stops depending on who's on shift.
Accountability tracking
Clear owners and due dates, followed through between sessions rather than forgotten.
Automation roadmap
The repetitive, manual work identified and sequenced for removal over time.
Decision & operating controls
Who decides what, and the light controls that keep the operating model consistent.
