1. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

2. The Snapshot and other free tools

The Snapshot provides a general, automated read of your operations based on the answers you give. It is provided for information only. It is not tailored advice, and it does not create an adviser relationship. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for any business decision.

3. Paid engagements

Paid products, including the Blueprint, Core and Partner, are governed by the specific terms set out at the point of purchase and in any letter of engagement. Where those terms differ from these, the engagement terms apply to that engagement.

4. Refunds and cancellation

The Blueprint is a digital professional service prepared specifically for your business. Preparation begins once you complete and submit your onboarding questionnaire.

If you change your mind before you submit your onboarding questionnaire, contact us and we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full. Once we have started preparing your Blueprint, the fee is generally non-refundable, because the work is bespoke to you and cannot be resold.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and will match what we have described. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to put it right, including a refund where you are entitled to one.

5. No professional advice

Our content and tools are general in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Where you need such advice, you should obtain it from an appropriately qualified professional.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content and the BusinessOS framework are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our permission, except for your own internal, non-commercial use.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
