Stage 04 / 04Scale

An embedded operating partner.

We want an operating partner as we grow.

Aspect takes greater ownership of implementing and maintaining the operating structure, on a weekly rhythm.

  • Weekly operating rhythm
  • Executive & board-level support
  • Quarterly strategic planning
  • Growth & investment readiness

Is this the right stage for you?

  • The basics are largely in place, and you want an operating partner alongside you.
  • You want strategic and governance support as the business scales.

Overview

Partner is for founders who want ongoing operational leadership without adding a full executive hire. Aspect works on a weekly rhythm, takes greater ownership of implementation and provides deeper governance and leadership support.

Quarterly planning

A year, planned in quarters.

Q1

Set the operating priorities for the year and the leadership rhythm behind them.

Q2

Build depth: delegation, governance, and the numbers that drive decisions.

Q3

Strengthen for scale — capacity, risk, and readiness for what's next.

Q4

Plan the year ahead and prepare for growth, capital or succession.

At the executive level

Where the conversation goes.

Board & leadership discussions
Preparing for, and contributing to, the conversations that set the direction of the business.
Governance
The controls, cadence and reporting a scaling business needs to run safely.
Strategic planning
Turning ambition into a sequenced, resourced plan the leadership team owns.
Investment & capital readiness
The operating evidence and numbers that investors and lenders expect to see.
Acquisitions & integration
Assessing, and absorbing, growth through acquisition without breaking the operating model.
Organisational design
Shaping roles, structure and leadership as headcount and complexity grow.
Leadership succession
Building the layer that lets the business run, and keep growing, beyond the founder.

Scope

Aspect engagements are delivered against agreed priorities, defined outcomes and a clear scope. The engagement does not provide for unlimited tasks, meetings or availability.
