A prioritised 90-day operational plan.
“I know what's happening. Now tell me what to change.”
A paid, prioritised 90-day operational plan, built from your Snapshot and a short onboarding questionnaire.
- —The causes, not just the symptoms
- —A prioritised 90-day plan
- —A personalised document
- —Reviewed before delivery
Is this the right stage for you?
- You know there are operational issues, and want to understand what's really driving them.
- You want a structured, prioritised plan rather than a list of generic advice.
Overview
The BusinessOS Blueprint turns your Snapshot into a practical plan. It looks at what sits behind the patterns the Snapshot found, separates the symptoms from the underlying causes, sets out the few priorities that matter most in a sensible order, and turns them into a 90-day plan you can act on. Every Blueprint is reviewed before delivery to ensure it reflects your business and produces a practical implementation plan.
Snapshot and Blueprint
How the Blueprint goes further.
Snapshot, free
- A free, ten-question read of how your business runs today, in about five minutes.
- Finds the patterns and points to the likely constraints.
- Suggests where to start.
Blueprint, paid
- A short onboarding questionnaire that gathers the context behind those patterns.
- Tests what is really causing them and separates the symptoms from the causes.
- Sets the priorities that matter most, sequences the work, and produces a practical 90-day plan.
An example
Snapshot observation: Important decisions still come back to you.
Blueprint depth: Identifies which decisions are causing the delays, why responsibility has not moved, which decision rights need to be made explicit and to whom, and a step-by-step way to hand them over across 90 days, including the objections to expect and how to hold the line.
The onboarding questionnaire
We look at the business behind the diagnostic.
Before we build your plan, a short onboarding questionnaire goes beyond the Snapshot. It asks questions like these, and your answers shape where your plan starts.
- What are you trying to build?
- What is worrying you most about the business at the moment?
- What keeps landing back on your desk that really shouldn't?
- What do you most want to protect about the business as it grows?
- What would need to have changed in a year for you to be pleased with progress?
Problems solved
Where founders tend to get stuck.
- Knowing something is off, but not being sure what to work on first
- Multiple competing operational priorities pulling the team in different directions
- Wanting an independent view before deciding on ongoing support
Typical outcomes

- 03Review
Every Blueprint is reviewed before delivery to ensure it reflects your business and produces a practical implementation plan.

FAQs
- Do I need the Snapshot first?
- It's recommended but not required. The Snapshot helps you decide whether the Blueprint is the right next step.
- How soon will I get it?
- Typically delivered within two business days after you complete the onboarding questionnaire.
- How is scope controlled?
- The Blueprint is produced from your Snapshot, a short onboarding questionnaire and the supporting context you provide, and is reviewed before delivery. Everything beyond that is out of scope by design so we can deliver a fixed price.
- What happens if information is incomplete?
- We'll flag gaps and produce the Blueprint using best available information. Substantially incomplete inputs may need to be re-scoped.
